SPECIAL FEATURE INCLUDED:
The Indian Air Force conducts the AFCAT (Air Force Common Admission Test) for the candidates appearing for the multiple posts vacant in the Indian Air Force such as Flying officer, the officer in the ground duty-technical post, non-technical post.
It is conducted twice a year : in the month of February and in August/September. With the AFCAT examination, candidates can apply for all the examinations, such as flying branch, technical or ground duty. The eligibility criteria for all the examinations vary from one another.
After completion of Graduation from a recognised, entry IAF will be through the following entries viz. through Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT)entry, through Combined Defence Service Examination (CDSE) entry and through NCC special entry respectively.
