SHORT DESCRIPTION:

The presence of the sixty-odd tribal communities in Odisha is a matter of pride for us. But there was no special effort to collect their achievements and expand the scope of knowledge. For that, a comprehensive book on tribal life was needed. From which the Odia Language Institute started an effort to fulfil a major responsibility of bringing the knowledge related to the tribes of Odisha and their own world to the general reader. Which will be able to pave the way for cultural coexistence and harmony in the global context.
