SHORT DESCRIPTION:

Various methodas for determining the nuclear radius are examined with special emphasis on the more accurate and recent methods, such as electron scattering. General expressions for electric and magnetic multipoles are given. the nuclear mass and nuclear fission are described by semi-empirical formulas.
