The Study of this subject enables one to develop analytical and problem solving ability by enriching the scientific principles which create the base for achieving  hands on skills. A technician, mechanic, draughtsman or craftsman needs to know the basic science and related calculations to carry out skill related task. Hence the learning of this subjects enables trainees to execute to task in a scientific way apart for enhancing their trade knowledge also.
